We accept cash, cheque, or an EFTPOS transaction from your savings, cheque, or credit card. Credit cards accepted include Visa & Mastercard.

You can expect to spend up to an hour for a consultation. It may take longer if additional testing is required.

Your eyes will be dilated for examination. This means you are not fit to drive a vehicle for at least 2 hours after the consultation.

In order to claim a refund from Medicare, you must have a current referral from a doctor or optometrist prior to your appointment with the Eye Specialist.

A referral from your GP or Optometrist is valid for 12 months from the date on the referral. A referral from a Specialist Medical Officer is valid for 3 months from the date on the referral. Once a referral has expired, you will need to obtain a new referral before you return to the Eye Specialist in order to be able to make a claim from Medicare.

There is parking available onsite. Use the southern entrance to the access the main car park.
